This project aims to assess the presence of specific biologically active gluten and casein peptides and map the level and specificity of the immune response to a large repertoire of gluten and casein molecules in autism spectrum disorders (ASD) using serum specimens from individuals diagnosed with ASD, age-matched healthy subjects, and patients with celiac disease.
