Neuroimmunologic investigations of autism spectrum disorders (ASD)

Neuroimmunologic conditions in regressed autistic children will be addressed using two independent studies. The first study will identify neuroimmune abnormalaties by measuring a variety of phenotypes over time. These abnormalities will be expected to be absent in the control group. The second study will address the effect of minocline treatment on cytokine and chemokine patterns in regressed autistic children. Project Status
