Studies on protein synthesis and long-term adaptive responses in the CNS  

Long-term adaptive responses in the nervous system will be measured by quantifying rates of cerebral protein synthesis in a fragile X syndrome mouse model and human subjects. This measurement may provide an objective and quantitative means of evaluating new therapies. Project Status
