Many fields of modern biomedicine have a plurality of theoretical views but most remain unknown to the majority, eclipsed by a dominant perspective that disproportionately attracts funds, journal page-space, and attention. This project aims to accelerate scientific discovery by drawing attention to hypotheses, hunches, and theory-specific evidence beyond the dominant paradigm(s) of the field. The process includes searching for scientific hunches and findings from a diverse range of sources, synthesizing new hypotheses and formalizing them into a composite reasoning model, computing the probability of each hypothesis, and disseminating findings back to the scientific community to stimulate discourse and advances. The goal is to improve the odds and speed of theory development without explicitly demanding more experimental resources.
