Description

Description

This project studies the branching of larger blood vessels on the surface of the placenta (2D) and the branching structure of the fine vessels of the thickness of the placenta (3D) as a potential biomarker for autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The study includes an analysis of the maternal medical and gestational factors to determine any risk factors during pregnancy that may have led to ASD.
