This project will study the behavior abnormalities of a transcription factor Promyelocytic Leukemia Zinc Finger (PLZF) in PLZF-deficient and haploinsufficient mice, and test whether allelic variations of PLZF can be correlated with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
