Description

This pilot study will compare reported recurrence of autism in families versus those who have at least one child with autism whose newborn sibling gets treatment in our study with probiotics (VSL#3). Probiotics have been used safely in infants to prevent allergy onset and have been used anecdotally in children with autism with abnormal bowel symptoms.
