This study aimed to determine if plasma levels of antibodies to GAD2 (glutamate decarboxylase 2) are associated with the observed low GAD2, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), and/or hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) plasma levels, as well as symptom severity in autistic children.
