Schweitzer, Julie |
DescriptionDescription |
The study aims to compare the effectiveness of an intervention that targets improvements in working memory (WM) skills across two subgroups of individuals with ASD and with varying levels of inattentiveness. The study will determine if subgrouping by degree and type of attention ADHD symptoms in participants with ASD predicts response to cognitive training and determine if subgrouping participants with ASD according to the presence or absence of FXS predicts response to cognitive training. The study will recruit 48 children, age 8 to 18 years, half FXS half ASD. |
