This project has the following goals: (1) �To train DBP pediatric fellows in interdisciplinary clinical assessment, preventive care, and treatment of children of diverse cultures with the broad range of DBP variations, problems, and disorders. (2) To prepare DBP fellows to become culturally competent leaders in the field of developmental-behavioral pediatrics. (3) To provide a DBP research environment that exemplifies critical inquiry and prepares fellows to conduct independent and collaborative research in developmental-behavioral pediatrics. (4) To expand capacity of DBP exposure/ knowledge by provision of innovative statewide/regional models of CE,training activities,and TA in collaboration w/Title V and other state and regional programs. (5) To develop trainee competence in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
