DescriptionDescription |
The National Autism Cohort (now called SPARK) is a national effort to recruit and retain 50,000 families with at least one individual on the autism spectrum, to collect DNA samples for genetic analysis, and to make these families available for studies by the autism research community at large. There are 21 clinical sites participating in the recruitment effort, and the three sites listed above were involved in the pilot phase of the project, before the official national launch. |
