Autism CARES Act of 2024
The Autism Collaboration, Accountability, Research, Education and Support (CARES) Act of 2024 was signed into law by President Biden on December 23, 2024. The Autism CARES Act reauthorizes and expands the provisions of previous iterations of this legislation. The Autism CARES Act ensures support for research, services, prevalence tracking, and other government activities. The legislation reauthorizes the Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee (IACC) and other programs named in the Act through September 2029.
