Autism CARES Act of 2024

The Autism Collaboration, Accountability, Research, Education and Support (CARES) Act of 2024 is a bill that aims to reauthorize and expand the provisions first introduced in the Combating Autism Act of 2006. The Autism CARES Act ensures support for research, services, prevalence tracking, and other government activities. The legislation reauthorizes the Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee (IACC) and other programs named in the Act through September 2029.
