January 2019 IACC Full Committee Meeting
Instructions
To submit a comment or question to the IACC during the meeting, please follow these instructions:
- Access the webcast.
- Below the video, you will see information about the meeting. Click on the Live feedback form link at the bottom.
- On the subsequent page, complete the form (all zeros for phone) and click Submit.
- You will then receive a confirmation page indicating that your message was sent to the video team. Please know that your comment will also be provided to the IACC and may be discussed during the public comment session.
Guidelines
Comments sent to the IACC and following the guidance below will become part of the public record. This form should not be used to correspond with individual members of the committee.
The live feedback form is best suited to providing brief, concise comments and questions to the committee, and not for lengthy submissions. If you wish to provide more in-depth feedback, please submit a public comment via the following form on the IACC website: https://iacc.hhs.gov/meetings/public-comments/submit/index.jsp. If you wish for the comment to be considered at a particular IACC meeting, please submit it by the written public comment deadline for that meeting.
When submitting your comment, please do not include any of the following in the body of the comment:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) – such as names and birth dates of children or other third parties (commenter name may be included in the name box above the comment)
- Personal medical information about the commenter or a third party
- Personal photos
- Attachments (documents, publications, videos, etc.)
- Inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language
- Duplicate submissions
Please note that submissions that do not follow the guidelines will be removed and will not become part of the public record.
